1. What sports can I play on the simulator?
A: Our HD multisport simulator features a variety of games including golf, shooting, archery, football, dodgeball, and more. We’re always updating our game library — come try them all!
2. Do I need to bring my own equipment?
A: You're welcome to bring your own gear for golf. We also provide a selection of equipment on-site for all sports.
3. How many people can play at once?
A: Up to 6 people can comfortably rotate and participate during a session. It’s a great activity for friends, family, or team events.
4. Can I book the simulator for a party or group event?
A: Absolutely! We offer private rentals and group packages. Contact us directly for events, team building, or parties.
5. How long is a typical session?
A: Each booking is for a 60-minute session. You can book multiple back-to-back slots if you’d like more time.
6. Do I need to book in advance to use the simulator?
A: Booking your playtime is suggested to reserve the simulator. Walk-ins are welcome, but simulator time is able to be booked in advance to guarantee availability.
7. What’s the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are fully refundable. No-shows or late cancellations are subject to a fee.
8. What should I wear?
A: Comfortable clothing and clean athletic shoes are ideal. No cleats or spiked shoes, please.
9. Is the simulator suitable for kids?
A: We welcome children 13 years or older! Many of our games are kid-friendly and easy to play. Anyone under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
10. Can I eat or drink while using the simulator?
A: Drinks are welcome in the bay viewing area, but no food or drinks in the simulator bay to protect the equipment. We have designated areas for eating, drinking, and relaxing.
11. I see the booking availability for the simulator, but how do I book a private party?
